<p><strong>Nordisk samarbejde</strong></p>
<p>Microsoft og Bonnier Publications har udvidet deres samarbejde på det nordiske online-marked. Det nye indhold lanceres som kanaler i MSN Lifestyle, hvor også Microsofts andre online netværk såsom Messenger, Hotmail og Bing leverer trafik til. Ifølge pressemeddelelsen vil de nye kanaler ”udgøre en god platform for annoncører, som ønsker at nå ud til engagerede kunder i flere nordiske lande på en effektiv og skalerbar måde”.</p>
<p>De tre nye kanaler på MSN Lifestyle har fået navnene: MSN Style, MSN Mand og MSN Aktiv. Annoncesalget styres af Microsoft Advertising.</p>

<p><strong>Muligheder</strong></p>
<p>Har din virksomhed en profil på LinkedIn? Hvis ikke, er den langt fra den eneste. I modsætning til konkurrerende sociale medier såsom Facebook, anvendes LinkedIn kun i begrænset omfang til online markedsføring. Men måske er det værd at kigge nærmere på sitet. Der er nemlig kommet en række spændende nye muligheder, der gør LinkedIn oplagt til markedsføring.</p>
<p><strong>Fra interesse til køb</strong></p>
<p>Først og fremmest bør I oprette en såkaldt company profile, hvor I kan beskrive jeres virksomhed, kompetencer, ansatte osv. Derefter kan I benytte jer af muligheden for at præsentere ydelser, tilbud og produkter direkte på LinkedIn og oven i købet linke til jeres webshop eller hjemmeside, på en landingpage efter eget valg. Dermed er det endnu nemmere for en interesseret at blive kunde. Vejen fra profil til køb er med andre ord reduceret betydeligt.</p>
<p><strong>Mund-til-mund</strong></p>
<p>Ligesom det på Facebook er muligt at trykke &#8220;like&#8221; er det på LinkedIn muligt at trykke &#8220;recommend&#8221;, hvilket giver kunderne mulighed for at udtrykke anerkendelse; en anerkendelse der underbygger virksomhedens troværdighed.</p>
<p><strong>Få flere læsere</strong></p>

<p><strong>Undgå ineffektiv eksponering</strong></p>
<p>En af de hotteste emner indenfor fremtidens online markedsføring er predictive behavioral targetting, også kaldet PBT. Med PBT opnår du en målrettet kampagne, som går direkte efter målgruppen. Dermed bliver din markedsføring mere effektiv, og du kan spare både tid og penge, idet du undgår ineffektiv eksponering og resultatløs dobbeltdækning. Med PBT er der en stor chance for, at de der trykker på dit link, er oprigtigt interesserede i dine varer og ydelser, og dermed bliver konverteringsraten des højere.</p>
<p><strong>Hvad er PBT?</strong></p>
<p>Predictive Behavioral Targeting er en teknologi, som har til formål at målrette annoncering, ikke bare i henhold til, hvad folk klikker på, men også tilpasset forudsigelser omkring generelle interesser, og hvad folk forventes at klikke på i fremtiden. At en person besøger hjemmesider med dyre biler er ikke nødvendigvis ensbetydende med, at vedkommende har planer om at købe en dyr bil. Omvendt er det sjældent, at folk søger efter dagligvarer og andre fornødenheder, som de med garanti vil købe indenfor nærmeste fremtid. Derfor bør målrettet markedsføring tage hensyn til andet end klik-adfærd, og det er netop, hvad PBT kan.</p>
<p><strong>Sådan virker det</strong></p>
<p>PBT består af en kombination af data fra brugeradfærd online og realtime undersøgelser. Først og fremmest registreres brugernes adfærd online, det vil sige hvilke sider de har besøgt og hvilke besøgsstier de bruger. Ved hjælp af cookies gemmes disse oplysninger på en portal eller markedsførings netværk. Dernæst udvælges en tilfældig gruppe, som bliver spurgt om deres demografika, interesser og livsstil. Denne information lægges oven i de øvrige data, så online og realtime data forenes i samlet kundetype/målgruppe. Dermed er det muligt, ud fra brugerens profil, at eksponere vedkommende for en relevant annonce, som matcher de aktuelle produktinteresser.</p>

<p><strong>Er dit julekort spam?</strong></p>
<p>Når julen står for døren, er det fristende at sende elektroniske julekort til trofaste kunder med ønsker om en glædelig jul og et godt nytår samt &#8211; naturligvis &#8211; opfordringer til køb af produkter og ydelser. Selvom kortet afsendes i den bedste mening, er der dog risiko for, at mailen kan kategoriseres som spam. Den gode, gamle paragraf 6 i markedsføringsloven, som vi efterhånden har nævnt flere gange her på bloggen, gælder nemlig også i december, på trods af at budskabet er pakket ind i granranker og gode hensigter.</p>
<p><strong>Paragraf 6 &#8211; husk den nu</strong></p>
<p>Ifølge paragraf 6 må erhvervsdrivende ikke rette elektronisk henvendelse med henblik på afsætning af varer eller ydelser, medmindre modtageren forudgående har anmodet om dette. Har man ikke vedkommendes samtykke, er spørgsmålet herefter, om afsendelsen af en elektronisk julehilsen med ønsket om en dejlig jul og et godt nytår sker med henblik på afsætning af varer og tjenesteydelser &#8211; eller om det er en ren julehilsen.</p>
<p><strong>Branding er også spam</strong></p>
<p>Men pas på. For et julekort, der opfattes som branding af den erhvervsdrivendes navn, kan også opfattes som en uanmodet henvendelse, selvom der ikke er direkte opfordring til salg. Det skyldes, at henvendelsen kan opfattes som en anmodning om fremtidigt salg. For at være helt sikker på, at din julehilsen ikke registreres som spam, bør du derfor altid sikre dig forudgående bekræftelse fra samtlige modtagere.</p>

<p>Mobile apps anvendes i stigende grad til markedsføring, branding og kommunikation, og mulighederne vokser hver eneste dag. Takket være smartphones og trådløse netværk, foregår stadig mere af internet-færden på bærbare enheder, og det stiller nye krav til online markedsføring. Vil du ses, hvor kunderne er, kan mobile apps være en både effektiv, sjov og kreativ vej.</p>

<p><strong>Forskelle og muligheder</strong></p>
<p>Google Adwords er den førende af sin slags i både Danmark og på verdensplan. Lige efter den kommer Overture, som blev lanceret af Yahoo i 2003. De to tjenester har meget til fælles, men den største forskel er, at mens Google Adwords afregnes per click, afregnes Overture efter en fast prissætning.</p>

<p><strong>Stor vækst på bannerannoncer</strong></p>
<p>Danske annoncører prioriterer i stigende grad de digitale medier til online markedsføring. I andet kvartal af 2011 blev der omsat for hele 312 millioner kroner alene på bannerannoncering &#8211; en stigning på 9,4 % i forhold til samme periode sidste år. Det viser en rapport, udarbejdet af FDIM.</p>
<p><strong>Flot resultat for 2011</strong></p>
<p>Udover bannerannoncering er der også vækst på andre former for online markedsføring, blandt andet er omsætningen på markedspladser steget med 8,8 %. I første halvdel af 2011 lå væksten på 11,8 % i forhold til sidste år, så samlet set er det et rigtig flot resultat for 2011, som viser, at online markedsføring spiller en stadig større rolle i marketing øjemed.</p>
